The Addison Homes story is one of humble beginnings, a strong work ethic and a desire to build meaningful relationships. James Jordan is the founder of Addison Homes and has lived in Lubbock for over 25 years. He has a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Tech University. James has also spent over ten years in the homebuilding industry. James is an entrepreneur at heart and from an early age has been passionate about building. In March of 2016, James and his wife Yvette followed a calling that was placed on their lives and started Addison Homes. James and Yvette have four beautiful children – Devin, Lexi, Addison and Josh. Our Addison Homes name is after our daughter Addison Kate. She was born still at 32 weeks and left her imprint on our hearts. In her memory, as a family we voted to honor her name. Our hope is that Addison Homes will be a light in the business world.

At Addison Homes, taking care of our customers is our top priority. Our desire is for each customer to feel like their home is the only home we’re building. So that we can deliver a world class home buying experience, we have assembled a team of passionate professionals dedicated to serving our customers at the highest level. Throughout the sales and building process, we will be there for you.  We want to honor the trust our customers place in us to build their home by delivering on our promises and earning our customer’s trust every step of the way.
