In an effort to build real relationships with our current and potential customers, we feel it important for you to get to know the faces behind Addison Homes. Without these incredible individuals working behind the scenes, so many of our operations would fail. You have already been introduced to James (read more here), so we thought it fitting that the next employee we introduce you to is our second employee. Meet Courtney Oles.
Courtney was our very first employee and joined Addison Homes in October of 2016 as Office Coordinator. When you meet Courtney you can immediately feel her people loving spirit. In addition to loving people, she is also very driven. With this unique blend of being a self-motivated people person, there is nothing she can’t accomplish.
As our first employee, Courtney has had to wear many hats. She is responsible for ordering materials, keeping our books, processing our weekly trade payroll, submitting building permits and even meets with customers to help them make their selections. By fulfilling her obligations week after week, Courtney helps build highly valued trust with our customers and business partners. Courtney is smart, loves people and is a joy to work with. Courtney is also a dedicated wife and mom. She is married to one of Lubbock’s finest Firemen, Lee Oles, and together they have two wonderful children, Owen & Elody.
It is a blessing to have Courtney on our team and we are so grateful for all her hard work! We couldn’t do it without her. Her dedication to hard work and excellence makes the success of this company and each home we build possible. Stay tuned to meet the rest of the Addison Homes team.
