At Addison Homes we understand the importance of building real relationships with our customers. We believe that trust is the foundation of any good relationship, business or otherwise. We also believe you cannot have that trust without knowing who you are working with. That is why we want to take the time to introduce you to our team! First up is our Founder, James Jordan.
Addison Homes was founded by James in March of 2016. As the Owner/Operator, James oversees all company activities. He is gifted with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, loves people and is deeply commitment to the pursuit of excellence. James began honing his entrepreneurial skills at the young age of 16. It was then that he started a landscaping business that he ran until graduating from Texas Tech with a Finance degree. After graduating, James spent many years managing customer service, sales and operations for various companies.
Prior to starting Addison Homes, James spent 10 years in management and leadership positions helping lead one of Texas’ largest and most successful home building companies. Whether it’s working with customers or business partners, he enjoys building relationships. James always strives to make people a priority. It doesn’t take much time around him to sense the value James places on relationships. James also has extensive experience in plan design an is personally involved in the design of all Addison Homes floor plans. He wants his customers to own a home that they love and that will stand the test of time. James has an incredible talent for finding the perfect blend of style and functionality in a home.
James has a loving wife, Yvette, who is a licensed CPA and works for Lubbock’s leading distributor of industrial and agricultural supplies. They have two beautiful daughters, Devin & Lexi, and a son, Joshua. James’ family is just as warm as he is and are always an absolute joy to be around.
